One-On-One Coaching

Group Coaching
Group coaching is a popular method of coaching a group of people that have similar roles and or interests in a department or a company. The group coaching is generally limited to a group of no more than 10 people per coach as each person in the group gets personal time with the coach in addition to the group sessions. The group coaching is designed for the coach to explore each person's strength and weaknesses within a group and through specialized time tested and proven techniques help each group come up with the best solution to their everyday challenges.
